We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchases from us. All items purchased are covered by a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving your shipment, you can return it to us.

Please call us (954.341.4323) to receive a Return Authorization number & return location. No refunds will be credited unless the customer has contacted us first to receive a R/A number for authorization.

• Keep all receipts for warranty purposes.
• Returns are to be shipped back at customers’ expense.
• No refunds will be given after 30 days of invoice date.
• You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of your shipment to get a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning your product.
• All items shipped back to us without an R/A number will be refused.
• No returns will be accepted or credited without an RA# written clearly on return package or label.
• Groutrageous Grout Cleaner (steps 1, 2 and 3) is nonrefundable because of shipping complications. All Groutrageous sales are final.
• Product must be received by us within 14 days of RA# issuance.
• A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all incoming returns.
• At our discretion, used items may be subject to a higher restocking fee if the item is deemed to be not sellable, abused etc.
• All items MUST be returned in like-new condition with original packaging, documents and accessories.
• For your protection, returns must be insured and a signature is required for proof of receipt of delivery. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
• Only after the item is received and inspected by our staff, will we then credit back your account, minus any restocking fees and initial shipping.
• If you return merchandise that had free shipping we will deduct the shipping charges that we incurred from your credit. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be changed. We will work with you to make sure you get what you need as quickly as possible.
• If you have returned merchandise that has been deemed as non-refundable you may request to have that merchandise returned to you at your expense.

Free Shipping is available for orders totaling $99 USD and up.
Sales Tax applies to Florida residents only.

Orders will be shipped within one (1) business day after the order has been received. Items that are not in stock will be shipped immediately once in stock. Our fill rate on orders shipping the next day is 97%. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground and/or through The United States Postal Service within the Contiguous U.S. unless otherwise stated. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO’s, or FPO’s.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. There is no credit card surcharge. We also accept Check Cards, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, Paypal and Google Checkout. Personal Checks are accepted but must first clear the bank before any products will be shipped (this typically takes 7 to 10 days).

Missing Items Return to Top

Customers need to verify the receipt of all items at the time their order is received. Any missing items must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt. This does not include any back ordered items and only applies to orders that have been completely filled. Any damaged merchandise must be reported directly to us within 10 days of receipt.

Defective Items Return to Top

All items must be sent back for inspection before a new replacement item is sent. Upon receipt of all returned items, our technicians will test and evaluate every item to determine if the item is defective. If the item is found to be defective by our technicians, you will be sent a new item immediately. Only after this evaluation process will any credits be given or new items sent.

Sales Tax Return to Top

If you live out of the State of Florida, no sales tax will be added. Florida residents will be charged Florida State Sales Tax.
